Nine Marks of a Healthy Apartment

Having had many apartment and roomate experiences in our lifetimes,We thought it would be helpful to list the IX Marks of a healthy apartment for those whom are struggling or trying to find what a healthy apartment looks like. This is not the perfect apartment but as we have found out throughout our years of apartment living these marks contribute to healthiness in ones living experience.

1. Have Scott Ryan as your roomate (For those whom do not have Scott Ryan as your roomate, he is available for rent; we are also takeing interns to follow Scott around and model his roomate abilities)

2. Eat a steady diet of pizza. We suggest at least once a week. (Dominos 3 for 5$, Pizza hut 3 for 5$, CiCis all you can eat, or when you can splurge Fat Jimmies Buffet (Tito is highly recomended)

3. Have weekly prayer together.

4. Have a sufficient supply of Chips and Salsa.

5. Encourage one another.

6. Have a chore list. For those who don't do their chores they will be shunned. When apology for not doing chore is made and accepted restore to normal fellowship.

7. Cheer for the Big Ten.

8. Pay your Bills on time.

9. Celebrate every Saturday with song and dance. (We particularly do the "Mineana Esta Sabado", but you can be creative and develope your own celebration, just be sure to joyfully welcome in the weekend!)

In posting and encouraging these nine marks, we are not trying to lay down an exhaustive or authoratative list. There are other great marks of healthy apartments. We want to purse them as well along with you. But these nine marks are what we believe to be the most neglected in most local apartments today, with huge damaging concequences. Join with us in our journey of having healthy apartments.

Hey man pretty funny blog :-). Thanks for reading mine. I had a blast over in Asia, and I really miss being there. Grad school is challenging, but I know I'll get through it. Cali rocks, so make plans to come and visit sometime, because I will probably be in school forever, ahhhhhh! Well man take care, and we'll definately hang out once I venture back to Ohio.

Later,

Bob

So, how much does Scott rent for? I am thinking $2.75 an hour.
